We have years of experience and have been doing Immigration exams for last 13+ years.

Here’s what to expect…

  1. Schedule your appointment by clicking the button below .
  2. If you have all your immunization records, please bring it with you.
  3. Please download and fill out the latest immigration form (I-693).
  4. At your appointment, our Providers will get a detailed history and physical with necessary blood test (RPR, Gonorrhea) and a blood TB test.

Price – $350, if titres are needed then its $500.

Vaccines are available for a extra fee.

Immigration Medical Exam Includes

If you need titers (Varicella, Hep-B, MMR) and immunizations(Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hep-B,Flu vaccine,Covid Vaccine) that would be provided for an extra charge. Please ask staff for details.

Once we have your results, titers and immunizations we’ll finish your form and give you a sealed envelope and as well as a copy for your records.
